Beth Jeffries
Founder & HR People Consultant
Innovative SHRM-certified HR Leader focused on translating business objectives into strategic initiatives to improve recruitment, retention, growth, and employee engagement. Critical and analytical thinker with a propensity for enhancing procedures, workflow, and operational efficiencies. Focused on creating and executing growth-focused plans for business development.
Beth has a background in project management with experience in many areas including operations, association management, contracts, event management, and talent acquisition. She has worked in public service, retail, professional sports, and event centers.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She continues to enhance her skills through networking, continuous learning, and consulting.
